I own a 1986 IROC-Z that came with 4-wheel disc brakes. I want to upgrade to newer, possibly bigger slotted or drilled rotors. Who makes a good set for my car? Lookin for some descent performance, but not an obscene amount of money.

 

Powerslot makes a slotted rotor, tho, i wouldn't waste time upgrading unless you roadrace or autocross.

Upgrading to high performance pads will give you a great gain for fairly cheap.

Hawk brake makes killer pads that are very agressive, they are great for racing.

 

Hellz yea! First thing should be Hawk pads. I just got mine and I fell in love. They grab sooooo well!

 

if you are looking for larger brakes I'd go with Baer. they make quality brakes and they are reasonably priced(but still look at investing over a grand).
