Putting on a new front end.

As some of you know i hit a deer and bad things happened. Now, it is dark and even if it was light i would still ask the same question. I think my crossmember is damaged, it looks fine except for where the bottom of it hit a rock that was 1/2 buried in the ground, The crossmember is hollow and looks like it dented in some but other then that and the LCA(drivers), a f'd up nose, fender and the such, would it be possable to replace the crossmember or is is fine? Anyone live around Clinton NJ that would come take a look, we don't know any good honest body shops around here.

from the sounds of this post and the other the front end is totally screwed, onlything you can do, (to do it RIGHT) is get an entire new subframe and swap it over, then everything will be as stright as it was before.

before i went to the trouble of swapping the front K member i'd take it to an alignment or frame shop and have then set it up on their jig to see how far out if any it is. shouldn't cost much and may save a lot of effort.

yes, i know, i am justing looking at all my different options here....buying a 91-92 is what i a favoring right now. The cost of getting the thing right, aliment, tire, bentparts, new body panels, pain etc etc. For a little more I could get a 91-92 with a tranny or motor problem and swap in mine.

Ok here is some new observations about the car. I have it jacked up off teh ground and on stands like 3 feet off the ground(the more the better) and looking at it....not taking any mesuments or nothing... both Control arms almost look inline and where they should be(based off the right side which is not f'ed up). Now the drives side wheel is severly toed out(i think, maybe in)...maybe it is just out of wack, is there any way for me to try and adjust this myself to see if it can be fixed this way and i can drive it to a shop to dial it in(about 5 miles from me). Also the crossmember is dented in on the bottom but looks to be all inline and stright. I have about 10 photos, but i have to finish the roll and then develop them....then you will see them here. Any special areas you would like photographed to help determine damage.
