I recently installed shocks. I had to take out a few trim panels to get the carpet to come up over the top of the shock. Otherwise it was pretty easy.
well that doesnt seem too difficult then, and the front should be as easy, considering theres no interior to worry about...

The only hard part about these is muscling/liquid-wrenching a couple of the tight, rusty bolts loose.
On the front (struts), the 2 lower strut-to-knuckle bolts are torqued to 195 ft-lbs, so hit em with WD40 or liquid wrench a couple of times a half hour before you try to get em out and maybe put some pipe over your socket wrench to get more torque to break them loose (and to put the new ones on).
The rear (shocks) are really easy, if you put your jack in the right place. To get at the top nuts, all you have to do is fold your seat forward and pull a bit of carpet up. That nut isn't even tight or anything.
If you're unsure about how to do it... buy a service manual (even Haynes spells it out pretty well). If you're "handy", don't pay a shop to do it - it's not that hard.
