Adjustable Arms or Not??

Hey everyone... I want to eliminate the nasty bunny hops I do when drag racing (Wheel Hop).... I was looking at the Spohn website and there is the solid LC Arms, or adjustable. What benefits are there for an adjustable LC arm? (LC = Lower Control). Also, they only sell adjustable Panhard bars, why won't they sell solid ones? is the factory WS6 panhard bar sufficient? Also, the Torque arm, same dilemma, should I go adjustable? I don't see a reason to in my case, but maybe I am missing some major benefits.

I was thinking of just replacing the rear end bushings with poly ones, doing the Spohn LC arms, and poly bushings for the Torque Arm... This should eliminate wheel hop, right? Oh... I may also get Eibach Drag Launch springs.. not too sure yet.

Let me know your opinions please.

Thanx

They sell everything adjustable or non-adjustable, look at the parts list again.

The torque arm comes adjustable std. you want that to be able to set your pinion angle.

I know they all come with adjustable and nonadjustable.... my question is, is adjustable necessary? I am not lowering my car. I see your point on the torque arm though... that may be a "next year" item, since cash flow is minimal.

You said they only sell adjustable panhard bars, not fixed length ones, which they do sell a fixed length panhard bar, that's what I was saying.

If you are not lowering you don't "need" adjustable. To me, the minimal price difference makes it worthwhile having adjustable so I can set things up myself and not have to rely on GM's neglible tolerances.

my car isn't lowered. the rear was .29* to the left of center. bought the adjustable laekwood panhard rod. now it is centered and corners alot better. i also have the lakewood trailing arms non-adjustable.

Adj LCAs are good for 2 reasons
1) adj is the only way to get a rod end LCA
2) You can center the wheel in the wheel well (fore and aft).

If you want to adj pinion angle, you will want and adjustable torque arm.

An adj panhard rod will center the rear left/right.
