who makes front coilovers
looking at putting a set of coilovers on the front of my car so i can get the stance i want and not have to deal with pulling the springs in and out to get it right. plus if i want to adjust them up or down it would be much easier..
so who all makes a coil over set up that is strickly bolt in and doesnt take an fabrication..

The Kit Spohn offers is probably the best on the market if going coilover. I know what you mean about dealing with coil springs they can be a pain! Most people will recomend picking up a strut tower brace as well which probably isnt a bad idea. Joined: Sep 1999

Re: who makes front coilovers
I just installed the Spohn coil over kit on my car this winter. Its a nice bolt in piece. Sure beats dealing with the stock springs. There are a couple of other kits out there but none of them are as beefy as the Spohn ones which to me is important if you drive your car on the street. The spohn kit has plates that re-enforce the strut mount area while the others don't.

Are you talking about the flat cover peoce on the top of the strut? I thought it was only certian struts that had to be modified?

That's what I'm refering to. Maybe not all struts need to be modified, but I know for sure that at least Lakewoods & stock/Monroe struts do
