Bleeder Vlave Stuck
Tought so. I was hoping there was a trick I haven't heard but oh well. I should probably be replacing it anyway since they're original...

Autozone has rebuilt calipers for $10. Not worth the effort on working on the old one just replace it. The rotors are also $10 if you want to do them at the same time. Helped my braking situation out a lot. I went ahead and replaced the rubber dry rotted brake lines and wheel bearings all at the same time and finished the job for under $100 and felt that it was well spent bringing the car back into spec.

If you do break a bleed valve you can easily remove it with an "easy out" type screw extractor.
