Steering Box rebuilt @ Lee Man.
Steering Box rebuilt @ Lee Man.
I just got back a steering box from Tom and Gayle out @ Lee Man. in Ca. Tom builds lots of race boxes for big name teams and does great work. This box is setup at a 9:1 ratio with corresponding steering valve and should be very tight. Spohn coil over setup with tubular control arms and tubular K frame should make this 85 Camaro handle a lot better then it did out of the factory. Tom also re-built the PS pump for higher volume and added a nipple to the side of the pump for the return line from the HB brake setup. Lee Man. still does great work right here in the USA.

I have the 680 box from Lee and it handles with great road feel.. Although more difficult when doing low speed turns but that's to be expected :P
