Re: pre-made power steering line kit?
I know the line has to be high pressure(2500lbs) but are the fittings any different than standard an-6 fuel line fittings? Ive done all the fuel lines on my car but Im a little aprehensive since Ive heard alot of stories of self made high pressure lines leaking

any fitting on the pressure side, or any side to be safe, should be steel, hose should be high pressure teflon.
there are no "kits" because the return line loops across teh front of the radiator working as a "cooler"
the box fittings are 16 and 18mm 1.5 o-ring fittings, and they iuse -6AN fittings. I like the premade teflon hose setups that summit and jegs sell made by "fragola" (spl?). high quality stuff and you dont have to assemble the fittings, which in the teflon tubing is a nightmare, i could never get mine to seal. You need to then pick up a universal cooler and mount it in front of the radiator, measure for line lengths and order. I dont know what fittings are needed to attach tot he stock pump, since i dont have a stock pump.

High side: I used Stainless AN fittings and Teflon lined braided hose.
Low side: New factory PS cooling line, Your average 6AN Braided house and fuel clamps. I installed everything my self and iv had zero problems and no leaks.
