every time i hit a bump i hear a rattling noise in the front end, sounds like something is, loose, also my steering is a little loose, wheel bearings are ok and i replaced the center link i dont know much about front suspention soo any suggestions would be greatly appriciated

 

The thing that sounds loose, if it's like coins in your pocket, it's the sway bar end links.

Just go to AZ or the like, maybe your local speed shop, and get some Energy Suspension ones. You'll need ones between about 2½" - 3". Anything in that range should do fine.

Prolly do wonders for the steering as well.
