Alignment referance points?

Is there a point on the frame that is a good referance point to check and make sure the rear end or front end is square? I have had both out of the car and neither replacements are OEM.

I have thought about just taking it to an alignment shop, but the next question is, does anyone know if 14.5x32 Hoosiers will fit on a rack?
