Re: post what u did u get traction
You really have to give us some more info:
What rear? Tires/size/type? Shocks?
Posi rear and a 245-255 series tire with a quality tire aggressive summer tread should get you hooking up no problem.
Im around 375hp and I have no problems with traction. I run Bilstein shocks all around, 275/45/18 Goodyear f1's, and stock posi unit with 3.73's. I can break them loose If I try but I generally don't have much of a problem with dry weather traction.

Good tires.
Lower Control Arms [relocation brackets as well but not necessary]
Shocks
Springs
Battery Relocation will take weight off the front and put it in the rear.

Edelbrock makes an adjustable torque arm which allows you to adjust pinion angle. If you can get your pinion angle set right it will hook up.

Drop in a import engine maybe a 1.5, but don't add any stickers it will add to much HP. thought I would lighten up the post
I am currently putting my set up in, 3:42, 4th gen rear with Bilsteins and Founders rear-end set up, I won't know untill it hits the street agin in about 2 months

LCARBS
Lakewood 50/50 shocks for the rear
Battery in the truck
Remove the front sway bar
If you dont drive alot, get drag radials(BFG or MT). They wear out quicker than a regular radial but hook up ALOT better
My best 60ft is 1.52

Konis helped my traction surprisingly with my setup. Et Streets is next for me. Although I see the 9 bolt going soon.

Re: post what u did u get traction
what exactly does it do when u take off the front sway bar. also what is a good pinion angle to start off with and what springs r good for just good lanunches
Re: post what u did u get traction
We have adjustable torque arms if you choose to go that route as well.
UMI is having a Thanksgiving thru Cyber Monday sale. Check our site or sign up for the newsletter to see the deals.
For a quick solution, the lower holes should help.
