Edelbrock non adj. torque arm
BMR non adj. LCA'a
UMI adj. panhard, bolt on lcarbs
Eibach Pro Kits
Gabriel Ultra shocks
295/35-18 BFG DR's, as low as 18 PSI and warmed up
Poly bushings everywhere
Now, I haven't been to the track yet so I have none of those numbers and I realize that a properly prepped surface will help. But, on the street, this thing just goes up in smoke all the way through first and halfway through second. No hop, just spin. When it finally hooks, it's great. By that time, though, the pimple faced kid in his Honda is long gone. There's folks here with a lot hairier engines than this. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Traction Problems

Are you just going full throttle from a dead stop on a normal street ??
If so you have to learn to walk the car out so it doesnt do that. IE work the throttle to find the balance between traction and the most power. Thats what gets it done or better tires.
