Noise from passenger side front wheel area
Noise from passenger side front wheel area
Everytime i accelerate i hear multiple loud crunching/ popping sounds where i think is coming from the passenger wheel well. Does this sound like a suspension problem? Or could it be another issue?

Does it continue to make noise while you are driving or is it only under acceleration? Sounds a lot like bad wheel bearings to me... That is what I would check first
Re: Noise from passenger side front wheel area
Only hear it wheb i am accelerating from a stop and when turning. The noise is getting louder and more frequent now. I re greased all of the steering joints and my guess is that since my steering is really slopping i need to replace alot of those componets. If it was the wheel bearing wouldn't it make the noise all of the time? I have also just started to notice that when i first start driving it doesn't do it. But after a few min of driving it gets worse and worse.

Wheel bearings can make some really weird noises at very random times... On the other hand it could be something else.
Re: Noise from passenger side front wheel area
Logic would say that the wheel bearing would make noise all the time. But in my experience with failing bearings, they make noise when loaded different ways. One car would make noise only when turning in such a way that the weight shifted (and not necessarily onto the bearing). Other vehicles just when accelerating....it depends on how the bearing is failing and how it is loaded.
Whenever the sound changes based on what the car is doing, its usually the bearings.
Don't think you can jack the car up and spin the wheel..... with no load, the bearing sound just fine.
Given how cheap and relatively easy it is, do a front bearing swap. No hurt to that but a few bucks and some time.
