Bent my Center link Help
Hey,
Today was not a good day.
Was jacking my car up to find the source of an oil leak (still a mystery) and it slipped off the jack and fell landing on the Relay Rod/ Centerlink. It visibly bent the rod pretty badly, so I suppose its time to replace it. A couple questions.
1. I want to double check is the Relay Rod (as its called in repair manuals) the same thing as what everyone calls the "centerlink" here on the forum?
2. Would having the jack land on the centerlink and thus bending it have damaged any of the other steering parts like the Idler arm, pitman arm, tie rods etc. ?
3. Where should I purchase a new centerlink? I found it at Moog I think ... http://www.moog-suspension-parts.com...od=MOOG-DS1049
Anywhere else thats cheaper than $100 or better quality?
Thanks for any and all help.

Re: Bent my Center link Help
1. Yes.
2. Probably not; but it's easiest to just change the idler amr, center link, and tie rod ends, all as a unit.
3. Parts store. Other brands may be cheeeper (and less expensive as well); however might have the same thing in the box. Not likely to find one that's any better... it's just not something that's commonly improved upon.
