Lower shock mount...HELP!!!

Is the round part in this picture an actual part of the lower rear shock mount, or was it a spacer that came with the shock that is just fused by all the rust..?....I couldn't get my lower shock bolts broke free at all, so I decided to cut the lower shock bolt off, and this particular part is still keeping the bolt from being removed..I greatly appreciate any info and "Thank You" in advance....

Re: Lower shock mount...HELP!!!

Thats Part Of The Shock Mounting Stud Probably Fused On, New Shocks Should Come With A New One Probably Look Something Like This.

Re: Lower shock mount...HELP!!!

Thanks for the replies/pic.....I went ahead and cut them off with the sawzall after literally beating on them with a hammer to no avail..They were rusted on so bad, that it looked like an actual part of the bracket...Makes me wonder exactly how long these shocks had actually been on this poor car.......Anyways, all is good now and I'll continue getting the rest of the suspension buttoned up next weekend....Going to order some lower control arms, and an adjustable panhard and hopefully get to take it out for a test spin soon......Thanks again!!!!!
