Look for ideas.
Im looking to change my supension on my 87 Iroc. Its all stock right now except for supframe connectors. I want to lower the car (A little bit, to give it a stance) and stiffen the suspension for better handling. I want to have good handling like a modern car that wont break the bank to much. I also want a more stiffer ride (Some hate it, I like a stiff ride more). Any ideas on what I can do?

First thing I would do is replace the shock, and struts. I have competition engineering products in my front suspension

I would also replace the stock rear control arms and the panhard bar with tubular aftermarket ones. Will help minimize wheel hop, and improve straight line traction. You can get both for a little over $100.

I am toying with installing an IRS out of a Corvette, I would also like to use the Alum front suspension out of one, but $$$ decide what I do. I am an accomplished sheet metal modder IE the screen name. look here http://www.flickr.com/photos/tinbend...7615870852729/ 17 months in the making.
