Rear control arm replacement

I've been having a problem with removing my stock rear control arms. The bolt on the axle side will not come out.. I've tried PB blaster, heat, pressing and hammering. This bolt barely moves at all. I guess the next thing is should I try to cut them out? Any help would be great...

Cut them out... Much easier than fighting the bushing...
