help please!!
I have a 92 formula 350tpi. have the firehawk ronal wheels, 275/45/zr17 tires no matter what i replace on the front suspension or who i let line it up it just feels "nerveous"..hard to explain, but little seams , changing from slow lane to fast lane on on interstate, truck ruts make driving the car almost unbearable... have replaced.. ball joints, center link, greased and packed bearings..thightened up the steering box...and had the car aligned 3 times by 3 different people,,sos...i love this car, i just cant get the twitchy feeling out....PLEASE HELP....i have the printout of the last alignment in case you need to know something......thanks kp

Re: help please!!
Sell me the wheels and put the stock ones back on!!!!!!!!
Sounds to me like you have road problem and its causing your car 2 "groove wander".
There is some things to help ya but I'll let the pros tell you the what, how and if you can fix it.

Re: help please!!
My Formula does the same thing, it wants to follow all the grooves in the road. I also have 17's on mine.

Re: help please!!
I had 2 sets of Ronals.......never tried them. The reason I didn't try them is they are so damned heavy.......wanted to lower my unsprung weight. Love the GTA's.

Re: help please!!
not seeing your alignment specs. Knowing how fun it is to set these alignments I'd assume it was set with the best possible camber and caster is low. Caster controls stability imagine a bike fork always pitched back. Have camber set near the low end of spec and caster at no less than .5 degrees from max spec. most third gens I set that are street with strip mods I set caster 1 degree more positive than spec. To get camber I max it out on strut tower and the install cam bolts in the lower strut.

I have big ol' wide gotti's on mine, 9.5 wide I believe.
