SFC, Strut Towers and Brace - Install Order

Hey guys...

I have Spohn SFC's coming, as well as Strut Tower Mounts, Edlebrock Strut Tower Brace, and a Spohn Wonder Bar. I'm thinking I will give to the auto body guy with the following installation order:

1. Replace strut tower mounts (struts themselves are pretty new)
2. install strut tower brace
3. put car on frame machine, alignment
4. Install wonder bar
5. Install SFC's - weld in

Does that sound right? Any special instructions I should give them, other than what comes with each product?

Thanks Paul. I thought you wanted to make sure the frame was straight before welding in SFC's.

you do. it doesnt make sense to reinforce a subframe with SFC's if the chassis is out of alignment to begin with.

Take note that you may experience issues between the STB and after market mounts, issues that may require modification to achieve correct alignment.

You definitely want the frame straight first. Was thinking it was already, then you just weld them in. Guess your wording about the body shop should have tipped me off...
