Hello everyone, I have been having some front suspension problems with my bird. She doesn't look to be sitting right, and the front passenger side strut is rubbing against the rim. Everything is factory, just wondering what it is that needs to be replaced. Any help would be much appreciated.

The strut or spindle is horrible damaged, or you have a wheel on the front with the incorrect offset. What wheels are you using? If they are factory 16" wheels, they are specific fitment for 'front' and 'rear', it sounds like a 'rear' wheel is on the front of the car and that will cause this problem. Pull the wheel and look at the backside, it will be marked with 'front' or 'rear'

 

I have the factory 16 inchers, and am completely positive that they are where they should be. I was assuming that maybe the strut is just worn out and sagging, I dont know how I could have damaged the spindle, even in pothole ridden Canada, the car doesnt see enough pavement for that to be an issue I wouldnt think.
