Sway bar questions
I am in the process of building my 89 iroc. I am swaping out my 2.77 posi disc rear for a 1993 camaro 3.73 posi disc rear. I noticed the swap bar and panhard bar on the 93 are red. Wondering if aftermarket or if stock was red. Panhard bar looks just my 89. Sway bar is alot thinner than my stock one. Its about 19mm. I know bigger is not always better so should just swap mine to keep the front and rear balanced?
Re: Sway bar questions
Everu car is different. A simple choice of tire brand can make a car change handling characteristics. You are asking us if one vbar or the other will workbetter for balance but we all have no idea how you car currently handles - You woill have to judge allof that yourself by simply trying one of the other and seeing how it reacts. If its loose, then go to the smaller bar, and vica versa

Re: Sway bar questions
Exactly... consider it as a "tuning aid"; swap them around in a logical, planned, orderly manner, keeping records as you go (not so hard when you only have 2) and leave the one that's "best", whatever your definition of "best" is, on it.

Re: Sway bar questions
I didnt think it handled bad. My daily driver i a excursion. I havent driven it in quite a few months so I cant remember. I am just gong to swap them so it will be close to the way it was. Wth the added power of my new 383 it might be totally different now.
