Engine: 3.1L V6 dynomax exhaust
Transmission: 700r4 auto
Axle/Gears: 89 iroc-z 9bolt disc+posi 3.27
Name this noise $
When I go over Speed bumps at 25 miles an hour i hear a slap noise like what I think is My brake cables slapping.
If I go over the speed bumps at 25 miles an hour With my foot on the brake there is no noise
If I pull my emergency brake going 25 miles an hour over the bumps I still hear the noise
Name the culprit of the noise

why would you go over a speed bump at 25mph?

It's like a speed lump. I see the pad does move a little when I had the tires off and was looking at it. this is how stock pads are they suppose to be able to move around a little
