Look like wore-out 25-yr-old OE stuff to me.
Not worth saving. Too heavy for a door stop, not heavy enough for a boat anchor. Utt bucking fugly and an odd shape besides. Not good for anything.

My local recycling place has a bin for that type of stuff. I have to drop it off, though. If I take it to the street, the truck won't take it.

Nope, Bilstein only made factory rear shocks on the IROC. Fronts were Delcos with better valving. Unless you're dead set on building a 100% factory car, having the stock stuff rebuilt isn't worth it, if they'll even touch them. You can get a fresh new set of Bilstein HDs or Koni Yellows for about the same cost when it's all said and done and I'd be willing to bet that those would blow whatever the stock ones could've done out of the water.
