4th Gen Rear Springs swap
Hey Everyone, I have a set of rear springs from a 2000 SS Camaro 70K miles. Would it be of any benefit for ride quality in my 84 Z28? The 84 is stock height, has original springs, does not need shocks, has newer pan-hard bar/bushings. Or is it a waste of time. Trying to clear up space in my garage. The reason I have spare parts is due to having a 4th gen as well. Thanks

Sometimes the tags are still on the springs. From that you may be able to find out the spring rate of each and then decide if it's worth it. They're not that difficult to swap so you could just try it too.

Re: 4th Gen Rear Springs swap
Probably not a net positive; but who knows. It only takes a matter of seconds to swap em out, probably less time than it took you to post that, so, ... yeah...
