Complete Front Steering Rebuild- VIDEO
HI Guys..Yet another Thirdgen Tech video from your favorite Klown ...
In this video i take you step by step on how to replace your whole steering assembly, starting from the pitman arm through to the wheels!
Three important things to note..Make sure to keep your wheels always pointing straight..Mark the location of your idler arm in relation the where it mounts on your vehicle, you will need to re-install it at that same spot..and finally, once your done you should bring it for a wheel alignment..
In this video i show many various things such as:
1) How to remove / replace/ install a tie rod / center link / idler arm
2) how to use a pickle fork / seperate tie rods from spindle etc..
3) how to adjust tie rods ..how to grease and install zerk fittings....
