Looking for a good replacement stock spring and what is the stock fender measurement? Thanks

Can't say about "fender measurement"; that's just trim. Kinda like measuring the height of your house according to the window shutters.

Got a bone stock low mileage car and have about 28" from the ground to top of fender well. Trying to figure if I have sag. Thanks for the part # is that front or rear?

That's rear.
Front, a suitable one would be Moog 5662.
