Sway Bar Bushings link tightness??
Does anyone know how tight to make the front sway bar link bushings... Is there a certain amount you have to tighten them or is it just trial and error... Can you over tighten them, or under tighten them?

Re: Sway Bat Bushings tightness??
The bushings are held to the frame by 2 bolts through the brackets.
Like ALL hardware, their torque goes with the hardware size. (if the engineers thought more or less clamping force was needed, they'd have used larger or smaller hardware)
Given the size that the hardware is (10mm std thread), the torque should be in the 40-45 ft-lb range.
