Steering wheel moves but tires don't

Okay I'll try to explain what happened.
So my problem from jump was I can turn my steering wheel left all the way with no problem but when turning right it wouldn't go all the way so I had to make right wide turns all the time.
Just a couple days ago I jump in my car put it in reverse start turning the steering wheel and hear a loud pop and found two broken bolts under the vehicle. Tried turning the wheels and they wouldn't move just the steering wheel moved. I was told that there should of been three bolts connected not two. What could be my problem

Trace your steering shaft, look for what's broken. A simple check under the car should reveal your problem.

When you say "I had to make wide right turns all the time" do you mean that you've been driving the car in this condition for a significant time?

Maybe about a week but sometimes it allowed me to make full turns with the steering wheel to the right and sometimes it didn't but I believe it's the steering box to frame bolts that broke

Mmk, that's where I suspected. Looks like a junkyard trip is in your future, or you could buy one new.

What exactly would I be buying or replacing? The steering box?

Without more info I can't say for sure. if the bolts were from the steering box then:

A-something stopped moving (in the box? in the shaft?)
B-It was so locked up that it had enough torque to sheer the bolts to the steering box off

Locate whatever it is that doesn't want to move, that's what you'll be replacing lol.

Lol that's the thing everything moves well when I turn the steering wheel I.e the shaft and steering box it's just the connections at the wheels is what's missing

take pictures of the steering box and the steering linkage under the car and post them up... this is not something to screw around with: your life and the lives of everyone on the road with you could depend on fixing this right..

Yeah, having eyes on it would make this more productive.

Trust me I'm happy I wasn't driving at the time it actually happened, I will definitely take some pictures a little later and post them up, I've had the car sitting ever since it happened

Sounds like the rag joint is torn into.
The plastic cover with the bulge in it is covering it, side it back and look.
