suspension upgrades

what kind of suspension upgrades do you think would be best to put on my car...86 sport coupe...i just installed a set of monroe sensatrac shocks, and found that everything is original equip...even the shocks were, and im at 162K!! so im thinking of upgrading a few other parts back there....the ride is 100 times better just with the shocks, so i figure upgrading everything else can only make it better....so what should i start with???

Maybe polyurethane bushings?.
Your stock rubber bushings are probably hardened from ozone, softend by oil/grease, dry-rotted & cracked, who knows what.
It would probaby ride and handle better with new replacements.

IMHO, -if- everything is still "original", you
need a new idler arm, tie-rods(inner & outter),
and a center (drag) link.

good luck,
