will sub frame connectors help....

will they help with all the squeeking with both the doors at every imperfection in the road? i mean this car makes noises at all bumps and even when slowing down i can hear the doors move. will they help with that?

They will certainly reduce the chassis flex and therefore the door flopping too.
If it's bad though, you may need to install new pins and bushings in the door hinges and maybe new rubber door seals to eliminate it completely.

I rebuilt the upper and lower door hinges on both doors on my '82 Z28. Then I installed Spohn subframe connectors. The ride and feel of the car improved to the point that my wife even commented on it. But the the best thing was the body noises you speak of were gone completely.

Before, it was a body noise from every bump in the road.
