Adding Front Wheel Speed Sensors
I am going to try and utilize the Megasquirts traction control with my car but I have not really found much about adding the two front speed sensors to the thirdgen's assembly.
I read in another thread where you can use an S10 dust shield and rotors, though they didn't go into much detail about it, whether the S10 parts just bolt up or if I need to modify more things.
Are there any other ways that people have added speed sensors to the front that work better than s10 stuff?

S10 rotors should work, but you'd need to figure out the mounting for the sensor.. which may be in the dust shield..
what are you doing in the rear? a 4th gen rear from a car with traction control would seem to be the easy way to do it..

Re: Adding Front Wheel Speed Sensors
I figured I could just use the speed sensor that's in my transmission tail shaft housing.

Pretty sure the hub will bolt on, might need slightly different bearings.
the speed sensor in the tailshaft will not give you a wheel speed signal which is what u would need isn't it?

Re: Adding Front Wheel Speed Sensors
the S10 used G body spindles, which are what the F body spindles were based off.. everything that bolts to the spindle: dust shield, rotor, caliper- is all the same between G bodies, F bodies, and S trucks... so following this logic, the S10 stuff will bolt right up to a Camaro. might be fun thing to experiment with in a junkyard before you buy the parts..
the only 2 wheel drive S trucks that used a different spindle were the 2000 or so and up models that had the bolt in bearing/hub assembly with a slip on rotor.
