Bolt Pattern Size

What is the bolt pattern size on our cars. What is it in inches and mm?

5x4.75 is the wheel bolt pattern the mm is the stud size that i dont know off hand.

120.65
1in = 2.54cm = 25.4mm
4.75 x 25.4 =120.65
