Competiton Engineering bolt in SFC install question

Those of you with Competition Engineering C3111 bolt on subframe connectors, how did you drill the front most hole in the rear subframe/LCA mount? There's no room to get a drill in there. Maybe a reduced shank bit and a right angle drill will work, but I don't think there's enough room for that even. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about, so I know it's possible, just not sure how you get in there to do it.

I also called CE and they weren't any help. I'm planning on having these welded in anyway, so maybe skipping that bolt won't be that big of a deal.
