Drivers side rear tire, scraping
The tire on the drivers side rear in my 83 iroc z28 is scraping
it is much closer to the inside of the car than the passengers side
does anyone know what I could do to fix it?

Has the height of the vehicle been altered?
If so, an adjustable panhard bar will move the rear axle side-to-side.
My pass side tire rubbed the inner wheel well.
I made wheel spacers and installed longer studs.

Most are offset to one side or the other. You need to check it when the car is on the ground at normal ride height.

You need an adjustable track bar to center your rear

Nothing seems to be bent
but the car does seem to be lower than it should be
is there a way I can raise it back up?
or can someone explain the adjustable panhard/track bar costs/how 🤔
thanks

You control the height by choice of springs.
Odds are, yours are sagging and wore out and useless, like everybody else's; and allowing the rear of the car to drag the ground. Get a set of Moog CC635 or 5665 and some new shocks, and all new sway bar bushings and end links while you're up under there, you won't believe the difference. Best $100 - 125 you'll ever spend as far as ride quality and all that.
I've bent that bar myself: curbed the car on black ice at about 2 mph in a parking lot. The car kinda slid sideways off the crown of the driveway and bonked the curb. Looked just about like Drew's photo there. That bar is AMAZINGLY weeeeeeeeek and fragile, just like the control arms; you, or at least I, the very picture of the 6-1" 150 lb weeeeeeekling, can bend all of those parts in my hands. They're a joke.

Your guess is as good as mine. Found it like that on the car. Took the photo next to another I had laying around to show a couple buddies what I found under the car. The car was owned by at least one ya-hoo before I brought it home, so any kind of poor judgement exercise is possible.
