i hate how stiff my suspension is..feel every pebble... will be willin to sacrifice handling for softer ride

If you've done any modifications to your suspension, it would help to list them. Did you cut your springs or ? Are you talking about your stock suspension?

replace your old dried out hardend rubber bushings, get some "cushy ride" type shocks & struts,
Buy some squishy "touring" type tires with a taller sidewall...
or a Lexus.

its as soft as its going to get, worn shocks will give the softest ride, i think your just not used to it, 3rd gens have a fairly bumpy ride stock, but usally only really noticeable on the T/a's and irocs. i would just say you have to get used to it.
