BMR a-arms with spring pocket
Had a 2 inch drop intrax springs with new Koni sport yellows and the Bmr A-arms caused front to be much lower than rear and much lower than before. Would stock springs solve issue or would the eibach sport or pro kit be a better solution to balance out the front? Appreciate any help.

Re: BMR a-arms with spring pocket
I had the same problem. Front of the car looked like a door slammer and back was at normal ride height. The problem is the A-Arms. I didn't have much faith that would be sorted out so I got a set of Ground Control weight jacks to raise height in the front.

I have the arms and k member in a project and its way too high. Your situation is easier to solve. Buy thick spring insulators like used on mustangs. They can be had in several thicknesses
Re: BMR a-arms with spring pocket
This will solve every problem you have. It will give you a proper spring rate and give you the ability to still use the BMR arms and put the car at the exact ride height you desire.

Re: BMR a-arms with spring pocket
I know if you go with Ground Control then they can set you up with spring rates in 25 lb/in increments from,
Front 700 - 1200+
Rear 150 - 200+
All springs will be constant rate (no variable rate springs).
I don't see that UMI sells rear weight jacks yet.

If i get weight jacks , what weight do i know to get for daily driver mostly just 2 passengers with combined 300-400lbs of weight? Will the UMi weight jack fit a BMR a arm ? Or will the Ground control guarantee a fit so i dont run into issues?

#850 with your iron V8 and two passengers will be fine. Are those 18" aftermarket wheels on your car? - more weight. I have #850 with an LS2 and lightweight wheel assemblies. Don't sweat it.
Call UMI to see if they work with BMR - probably do. Those guys are staying at the front doing R&D and bringing new stuff to market. Call - Ask - Learn, they won't steer you wrong. Not a bad price, if only they had a swivel.
I don't see a need for rears, as new tech coil-overs are outperforming old school shocks. At least, for what I see as available for our cars.

Re: BMR a-arms with spring pocket
Hey Guys,
We don't see any issues with BMR lower a-arms and the weight jack kit. We haven't tried it either but as long as UMI excepts a normal diameter spring it should all be good. I do know the BMR k-member uses to larger of tubing up top to fit.
For the rears, it is on our list to finish the rear weight jack kit so stay tuned.
Thanks!
Ryan
