Are the poly/spher. combo LCA just as adjustable as the dual poly. ones

Yes, the poly/spherical LCA's adjust differently but just as well. Yes, they have a grease fitting on the poly side, as does the panhard bar.
Spherical bearings are the way to go, but the noise is unbearable to drive with. I have the herb adams LCA, but only use them when I go to the track. I use the stock arms with poly bushings for everyday driving.

would adding sound deadening material to the inside such as Dynomat make haveing spherical rod ended LCA and panhard bars bearable??

Transmission: See "Engine"...
There's also the wear factor. Rod ends don't last as long as bushings do. For a daily driven street car the ploy/rod end combo is a better way to go.
