Steering soft feel to left, firm feel to right

Vehicle has issue with steering to the left starting from center feels soft with a slight bump at a point. Turning to the right from center has two spots where it feels firm then smooth the firm again. Tires rotate fine on the outside. I am unfamiliar with this so would the anything in the steering column vs the steering box cause this?
Mechanics and alignment saw nothing defective with all visible parts. Alignment was done and this issue is still present.
While on the road, certain irregularities seem to pull me to one side that used to not be an issue as well. If it does end up being just a box issue then ill replace with a Turn One box. If its a clog issue in bix would that cause this?
