Can you get an adjuster wrench in there to loosen up the tension on the brake shoes? That may help. Also, a little 3-in-1 or WD-40 sprayed around the lugs nuts and center hub might help it come loose.

How would I get a wrench in there if I cant get the drum off? Would the bolt in back of the wheel cylinder loosen it up?

Thanx

Usually they have an access panel on the back just big enough to to stick a screwdriver in and adjust the shoes a bit. If the drum doesn't move at all, it is probably rusted on. Try a little PB blaster.
