Steering Assembly/Suspension Help
Hello,
I'm looking for some guidance/advice. Basically, I bought the 1A Auto steering kit a couple years ago, and it seems to be decent quality set up, but I'm wondering if I am better off getting higher quality stuff (i.e. Moog)? I also have the Delco set up that came with it, and that all works ok, just needs new end boots.
The ball joints are my biggest concern. I don't know if it's from the way they installed them or not, but the passenger side one grinds a bit when you try to move it back and forth. The driver side one moves freely.
I have not driven on the 1A stuff yet, and I'm tearing down the front end again having decided to LS swap it a while ago. Its a good opportunity to do things right this time, and hopefully have no issues.
Also, are lowering springs worth it for our cars? I got brand new springs, the cargo control ones for the rear, bc I thought it would be good for having dual subs in the rear. But after dropping it on these springs, it almost looks like it has the factory rake of a truck LOL
Thank you!
