Torque Arm not lining up with 4th gen rear end.

Hoping someone here can help me out. Doing a fourth end rear end swap out of a 99 z28. Have new tubular rear lcas and panhard bar from UMI and everything went on great except for the torque arm. It looks as though the rear end is sitting 1" too far back and the holes won't line up. I have tried jacking the axle up and nothing has helped. Should I remove the lcas and try to bolt the torque arm up and then install them? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Hopefully you set your control arms to the same length as factory. If you did that, the tq arm will slide back and line up with the bolt holes.
