Chassis center line measurement points

I'm getting ready to install a bbc using a motor plate and mid plate in an 83 Camaro. I'm wanting to know what points on the chassis are best to find the exact center of the car. Ive dropped plumb bobs from the crank center line and from the trans output shaft and drew a line and now need to compare this line to the exact center line of the chassis to make sure the motor is square. Just not sure what the best points on the chassis to use are. The car doesn't have any front suspension or k member at the moment and has a tube chassis front end. The motor is right at 12" from the crank center line to the ground with 1.9 degrees of rake angle. It's sitting perfectly level front to back and side to side. Thanks in advance.
