Exhaust scrapes ground when going in bumps and sudden downhills!
I’m pretty sure that my suspension is worn out since when I drive and hit sudden steep roads and then going up hill it scapes the exhaust especially if I’m going a little faster. What is the best suspension in the market. Can either be stock or exhaust to help stiffen it.

Your "suspension" is probably fine, except maybe some wore-out bushings & ball joints & such. None of which would have any particular bearing on exhaust scraping.
Springs & shocks on the other hand, if you haven't changed em out lately, are a different matter. That's hardly "the" "suspension" though; they're the "soft" wear parts; kinda like saying you "engine is bad" when your spark plugs wear out.
Check for the existence of the exh hanger that belongs in the middle of the system, at the rear of the transmission. If that's not there or its rubber section is broke (which is how it fails) the whole thing will sag in the middle ruthlessly under stress.
