South Side machine

Anyone ever use south side machine lift bar kits. They say that you can do away with the bar from the tranny to rear. Come with sub frame conn., lift bars, drivshaft loop and crossmember (don't knw what type of cross member or the function of it). Does sphon make anything at all compared to this?? TIA James

You can remove the torque arm because the lift bars will keep the rear end from twisting. The crossmember is what the lift bars attach to; they weld to the SFCs.
