Lower "A" arm problem

I have a 91 rs, I have the front suspension all apart except for the bolts for the control arms, I think they are siezed to the sleeve in the bushings. Help, does anyone have any ideas on hows to get them out. Its too tight for the old hammer trick. Thanks for any help.

goto auto zone, and pic up a 3 foot long breaker bar.. if it doesn't break the bolt loose it will break the socket.. thats what i used this weekend when doing my suspension work, getting the lower strut bolts loose took seconds.

Thanks for the info, but I have the nuts off, the bolts are spinning the sleeve inside the bushings.
