what do i need to lower my car??

Ok, can i just get springs and change them out?

when would i need to use different spindles? and why?

what about LCA relocation brackets?

is there anything else that i NEED to lower my car correctly?

Springs should do it if you don't plan to go too low. I would use the spindles if you went anything lower than 2".The spindles will keep your front suspension geometry correct and keep you from having alignment troubles from incorrect geometry.

The Eibach pro kit is made to drop the car 1-1 1/2 inchs with the stock spindles. In my opion these are the best springs out there for our cars. I don't care for there sportline kit thought.

I have the Eibach Pro Kit springs.Had to cut a little off to get the ride height where I wanted it.Mine's a little over 2" lower than stock.
This required caster/camber adjusters to keep alignment within reason (currently -1.5 deg camber,+5 deg caster).
Spindles won't adversely alter your suspension geometry. These usually come in 2" drop .
I think most third gen owners with lowered cars are using the Eibachs (either Sport-Line or Pro-Kit)

i heard that using new spindles AND springs allows u to have a smoother ride as well as lower.. does this hold any truth? also, as far as autocrossing would it be better to get diff. spindles or will the stock ones with lower springs be really good also??

I haven't autocrossed myself, but the autocrossers that I know all use springs or coil-over setups.
