Hard break pedal??
Hard break pedal??
My problem is when I'm driving down the road my break pedal seems extremly hard. It is not as hard as it is when the engine is off, but when I depress the pedal, it goes in about an inch or so then gets really hard. I believe that they are 1LE breaks cause they have 12 inch rotors all the way around with dual piston calipers up front. My car is a 92 Camaro RS B4C (ex-state patrol car). Please post any comments that may remedy my problem. Thanks.

i have the same "problem". well looks like that's the way the brakes were designed. well the only problem i have that the pedal is hard and tends to lock up the front wheels fairly easily. it's a ALL new brake system. Single piston up front, PBR out back. anyone know if i have a problem or that's the way most thirdgen's are?
