Motor mounts?

Is there a way to switch out the mototr mounts with out taking out the engine?

Engine: 406

Transmission: Pro-built 700R4

You can take the motor mount bolts out and jack the motor up enough with it in the car to change the monts,but its a pain in the ***. Use the energy suspension poly motor mounts so ya don't have to do it again on down the road.
