These seem to be far cheaper than any of the others. Is there a catch? Are they much better than stock?

Many thanks

yes. lots better. comes with polyurethane bushings and are greasable. now ones like bmr are larger diameter bars that are the same diameter as the bushings. the lakewood bars are 1" square tubing. have them on my car. no more oversteer and i get 2.005 60ft times. also have their adjustable panhard rod.

I have the lakewood pan and control arms too. I was also skeptical of their price, but ar egood stuff. as mentioned above, they are greasable, which is very important when it comes to poly bushings. The parts firmed up the rear suspension soooooo much. Before, with a person pushing back and forth on each side of the car, you could see the rim and axle moving back and forth at least an inch. Now it does not move at all.
