the "wonderbar" how good is it?...
just wondering cause I could probably get one for cheap. Will it change the handling all that much? is it noticible? or is it one of those..."I think it helped O_o"

Its one of those "I think it helped"
I didn't notice too much of a difference when I put mine on. A little, and I figure every little bit helps

If you install a wonderbar along with as shock tower brace you cars' handling characteristics would improve so much it would seem like another car.

actually I just put one of Global West's brace on I think it really made a nice difference under hard cornering
I think it was an impressive improvement
however without any other suspension improvements this by it's self probably will not do much good
just my thoughts
hope that helps

I've read that, like SFCs, the wonderbar/steering box brace is protective in nature. The wonderbar protects the steering box area, which is subject to cracking (Note the how the car reacts in a parking lot on a sharp turn), like SFCs protect coupes from cracking above and just behind the side windows.

... mine came that way, with a small tear at the trailing corner by the 'B' pillar, but I've had Steve weld in some of his SFC's and they haven't gotten any bigger.
The 'wonderbar' is to help add support to the steering box side of the car. It does work best, as mentioned, with other improvements to be noticable.
